Price is in US Dollars. For your consultation fee, you will receive a detailed report with suggestions for the most suitable commercial diets, toppers and supplement options based on the data you've provided in this form FOR ONE DOG. When possible, I'll provide you will options on where to find these products. Basically, you're taking advantage of my 15+ years of experience as an owner of a health food store for pets and getting privy to the info I provide to my store clients as a Certified Pet Nutrition Specialist. Your consult also includes ONE follow up email where you can ask questions pertaining to your report. If you have further questions beyond that, I'm happy to answer them for an additional fee. Once this form is submitted, I'll send you an invoice for payment in advance unless I don't think I can help you then I will let you know before any payment changes hands. PLEASE NOTE: I do not offer phone consultations at this time (due to my insane schedule). THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CANADA AND USA RESIDENTS.
